Grant Size & Limitations

The Foundation only makes grants to 501(c)(3) public charities and does not award grants to individuals. Grant awards may support a specific program or capital project. This program does not support general operations.

Expected range $100K – $300K

Organizational Information
  • Name, address and telephone number for the applicant organization
  • Name, email, and telephone number of the main contact
  • Mission and brief background of the organization
Project Description
  • Definition of the issue the proposal is addressing
  • Description of need and basic objectives
  • Potential impact and persons who will benefit
  • Work-plan, time frame, and evaluation plan
  • Qualifications of the organization and principal staff
Financial Information
  • Dollar amount requested and ideal timing of payment
  • Detailed budget for the proposed grant
  • Additional support anticipated from other funders
Supporting Materials
  • Cover letter signed by executive director or president
  • IRS 501(c)(3) federal tax-exemption letter
  • List of current board of directors with affiliations
  • Resumes of principal staff, if applicable
  • Most recent certified financial audit
  • Most recent annual report
